To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform

  • Impersonate another individual or entity

6. Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you purchase any paid services:

  • Fees are billed as agreed at the time of purchase

  • Payments may be recurring (subscription-based)

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

Axis Leadership reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

7. No Guarantees

Axis Leadership provides tools and training for leadership development; however:

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results

  • Career advancement

  • Financial outcomes

Your success depends on your individual effort and application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axis Leadership LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

  • Any decisions made based on App content

  • Remove content or users that violate these Terms
